Virtual Consultation

A virtual consultation is a great way to speak with Dr. Davison or Dr. Pinell without a trip to the office. Read below for details on how to schedule a virtual consult and what to expect during the visit.

Step 1 – Schedule an appointment

Call the office to schedule your virtual consult and choose an online platform.

DAVinci Plastic now supports both Facetime and Skype calls.

Step 2 – Register as new patient

Click here to create a DAVinci Plastic Portal or visit mypatientvisit.com.

Create an account with our practice ID IOEPZE and your security code (provided by the office). Fill out your new patient forms in advance.

Step 3 – Upload photos

Specific photo instructions will be emailed to you depending on your procedure of interest. Digital photos can be taken with a camera or a phone and uploaded to your patient portal.

Step 4 – Meet your Surgeon and PCC

Meet with the surgeon to discuss your interests and concerns at your scheduled appointment time. This is your chance to ask questions and find out more on potential procedures. Your doctor will make recommendations based on your desired look and discuss expectations based on the procedure.

Touch base with your patient care coordinator (PCC). Your PCC is your partner and advocate. She will ensure your questions are answered quickly throughout the process – from consult to recovery. She will also help you schedule your surgery including pre- and post-op appointments. At the end of your consult, your PCC will provide you with a formal price quote for the procedure you are considering. Discuss payment and financing options with your PCC.
