Recently I talked about using your own fat (fat grafting) to replace youthful fat loss in the face, back of the hands, buttocks etc. Liposuction is part of that process, so this time I’ll update you on the benefits, who it’s for and how we do it.
Liposuction is also called body contouring, body sculpting, liposculpture and more. It can flatten a tummy and give you a waist….etc…and the fat can be used to “sculpt” other body areas!

WHO’S IT FOR? Liposuction is best suited for men and women who are at or near normal body weight and who can be committed to maintaining that weight. For the right people, several areas can be treated/sculpted with desirable results.
OLD METHODS vs NEW METHODS
Old lipo methods involved aggressive movements, bleeding and bruising and often resulted in less than desirable outcomes. Newer methods are gentle (reduced risk) reducing swelling, bleeding, incisions, recovery time, and they typically achieve wonderful results. IN brief, today’s refined techniques and state of the art instruments make liposuction a safe, effective method to refine ones physique. Recovery depends upon your own treatment plan but you can count on it being briefer than with older methods.
TUMESCENT LIPOSUCTION … Saline solution is still used, but we now infuse the treatment area with lidocaine to reduce discomfort and epinephrine to constrict blood vessels. Tumescent lipo is still considered the best techniques to date. I discuss the procedure and instruments in detail during the personal consultation.
